Our mission:

It all began in 2018 when we purchased our first property and the first refurb began. 
Asset Leading Investments has made a difference to society by partnering up with people just like you.
 
Since 2018, we have transformed 18 derelict properties into 18 professionally managed homes.
Each home provides a family with a secure and stable environment to thrive in.

About the Founder

Arshad Ali

Arshad Ali is an Experienced Actuary with over 15 years in the field. He specialises in the long-term profitability of multi-million pound pensions, investments, and insurance funds, for the likes of Scottish Widows and most recently Aviva.

He has taken business skills from these major corporates such as Risk Analysis, Project Management, and Asset Management and applied them into Asset Leading Investments’ (A.L.I.) property developments.

As the development projects A.L.I. undertakes are high risk and high reward in nature, having an Experienced Actuary like Arshad Ali at the helm with his unique insight and understanding of risk in property development, gives A.L.I.'s business model a competitive advantage over others.
